How It Plumbs
Air Enters the Back
Compressed air comes in through the 3/4" NPT port on the back. 4 to 7 CFM at 90 psi. Air and water meet inside the block.
Nucleation Exits the Front
The mix leaves through your nucleation nozzle, threaded into the 1/4" NPT port on the front face. Nozzles are not included; the photo shows them fitted so you can see where they go.

Questions
What Do I Need to Run It?
A high pressure pump that makes 650 to 1,200 psi at 1 to 10 GPM, and a compressor that delivers 4 to 7 CFM at 90 psi. The pump horsepower calculator sizes the motor.
What Fittings Does It Take?
Standard female NPT: 1/2" for water, 3/4" for air, 1/4" for the nozzle. Nothing proprietary.
Is a Nozzle Included?
No. The Nepaug IM is the machined block only.
Is There Support?
Yes. Call for help with your initial setup. I do my best to be on call for late-night snowmaking issues. Help, experience, and advice are part of the price. More on support.
